The day of my appointment 3/29/19 I receive a call that my scheduled appointment was going to be delayed 1.5 hours. This is after my husband took a leave of absence from work-costing us money, to stay with our 4 month old as I am the primary caregiver who is exclusively nursing. After arriving for my appointment at their requested time, I still had to sit in the waiting room for another 45 minutes- hour. The dental assistant who is also the office assistant had to insert and remove the prop for my X-rays several times as she was unable to know what way the prop belonged for the X-rays, almost forgot my lead vest, and was unsure of the exact angles the dentist would need. She also was using ripped gloves while working on me and continually needed to pull her pants up reaching down and touching her skin under her lower back while wearing gloves and then proceeding to use the same gloves in my mouth. During the root canal procedure they were unable to find utensils that they needed the entire time. No matter how many times the dentist would tell the assistant she would look in the wrong places for the spacers that were on his ring. She would not write down measurements that needed to be remembered causing the dentist to have to spend time remeasuring something that he's already done. She was causing the dentist to be distracted from what he needed to do and frustrated though out the entire procedure. I required more numbing shots as the procedure was taking longer than it should have-and the dentist admitted that it should not have taken them as long as it did-but because of their errors it was costing them time. I laid in the chair crying with frustration for most of my 2+ hour procedure. After the procedure they will not make contact with my dental insurance and will not fill out the correct paper work for my claim to go though. I have contacted them about the missing paperwork and only receive excuses with still nothing resolved. This is almost a full 2 months after my procedure. After paying $1,500+ I am unsatisfied with my healthcare that I received and having pain in that same tooth that he did the root canal on.
