LOVED THIS TAQUERIA, I loved coming here especially after 10 am when they have lunch options and more meats available. Tortillas are always fresh and handmade. There is always a long line but it's worth waiting, it doesn't take long for them to complete your order. Definitely recommend!

This place is very Tex/Mex authentic, therefore delicious! Tortillas are homemade and everything we had was well made. The green salsa tops it off. Potato Bacon egg Barbacoa Chorizo egg and beans Nopales cactus and egg To those who complained about the cost and they charging for everything really?? This is a business. What are you expecting

We love this place! My girl ordered menudo with a taco made of chicharron and potatoes. The menudo tastes homemade, it reminds me of my grandmother's. I ordered two tacos mixed with beans, potatoes and asado, the mixed tacos are to die for! The tortillas are so soft, the meat is thick and full of flavor, the beans are so yummy! The only sad things is the restaurants hours usually fall into business hours when I'm away at work and they're closed on Sundays. The restaurant often has a line but it's worth the wait. If you're looking for delicious Mexican food this restaurant is a must.

Great place for breakfast tacos and lunch. They also have tortas and soup and other lunch plates. Often a line outside to order but if you get there early enough you may get lucky. Everyone is friendly and will help you if you have any questions. Food is delicious and can’t wait to try the remaining offering. The menu is slightly long and can be overwhelming but fear not - anything you get tastes great. Two tacos are filling for an average person as they are pretty loaded! They have plenty of parking and seating space both indoor and outdoor.

We stopped in for some breakfast tacos on our way to the park. It was quick in and out. They had everything ready. The tortillas were very good, would definitely stop again when in the area for a quick breakfast.Food: 5/5

Updated Review: This places seems to be slacking BIG time or way too many gringos coming in so these guys think they can get away with serving lousy tacos to their clientele who doesn't know any better. They don't even provide half of the meat they used to. Not worth the wait and not worth the crazy prices. You can get better tacos for half the price in East Downtown or just make them yourself if Latino. Will never go back to these ladrones. Very good tacos and authentic. The spicy chicken and spicy fajita were both excellent but I liked the spicy chicken more. Pretty funny people are bashing the location not being nice, must be local yups from the Heights. I rather enjoy great quality mexican food at the fair price and modest old school location then ripped off at a trendy Tex mex spot unlike the some of these reviewers

Holy authentic Mexican Batman, this is a must eat. This was the first stop on my Houston food tour and what a start. We arrived around 11am and there was a line out the door and around the building. I'm already excited. This is a little Mexican joint serving up authentic tacos and other Mexican fare. It was amazing. The food, service, ambiance and decor were on point. I had legit Huevos Rancheros. My two meats were spicy chicken and barbacoa. Damn, this was the best Huevos Rancheros I've ever had. I also had a cooked cactus dish that my friend ordered but couldn't eat because it had bacon in it. This too was delicious. The cactus was tender and full of flavor. We've all been to an Americanized Mexican spot. They're not bad per se, but if you've been to one you've been to them all. This was authentic, it was real, it was delicious. I highly recommend Laredo Taqueria and I would absolutely return. Enjoy.

This place has the best food. I use to come eat here with my family when I was a little girl. The food is still as delicious as I remember!!

This location I don't feel is as good as the Patton street location, but has more seating available. They also serve a fun novelty "fideo" taco. I'd rather eat my fideo as a soup instead of a tortilla, but fun to try. The mole here wasn't as good in my opinion as the Patton location, but the fajita beef was good.

Been coming here for years! Love these guys. The tacos are amazing. I love their aguas too. Just beware, going around lunchtime will have you waiting in a long line from people getting tacos to go. They also have a dine in area too.
