Larrison Mortuary

In the process of my 2nd parent passing. 2nd time using them. I called today to set things up for when my mom passes. She did around midnight tonight and by 2 am they called to let me know the local company will be at hospital to transfer mom. I was impressed to get called so soon instead of the next say. Our double headstone came out great for my dad. We did do lots of proofs by email. I'm not sure if other reviews with misspelled names were proofed.

My family and extended family have dealt with Larrisons of Pratt Kansas, in the past and they were very compassionate and handled everything flawlessly. HOWEVER we recently reached out to them for a headstone. Long story short...Mistakes were made by them wrong color, wrong date and when we wanted them to correct it, we were told to take our business elsewhere and then Larrisons said have a good day and hung up. WOW really this is how you do business now. A deposit was taken. You agreed to do the headstone. Lucky for them I live in California or I would be outside their Mortuary every day, to warn potential clients of their horrific customer service skills. A very unhappy and disappointed customer.

I have worked with Larrison's for several funerals at our church and I can't say enough about how amazing these people are. They are compassionate and professional. They are exactly who I would want to have helping me navigate the loss of a loved one. They work well with the established religious community of Pratt also, and will be able to provide for all of your funeral needs.

Went to a very close friend funeral.

I gave them a 2 because they spelled my name wrong on my mother's headstone and wouldn't fix it I have a hard time going back there
