How very pleased with the service and I'll definitely come back again.I was able to find the PVC coupler that looking for an additional 1/2 inch mender for my water hose.which they don't sell that you're home depots or Lowe's and I was very happy to see that they have it here. Larry's and Joe's in Northridge was a very professional place to come do your shopping.
Went to Plumbing City as a recommendation from a worker at Lowe’s to get a flush valve they don’t carry. That place was suppose to open at 8am but I waited there for over 30 minutes after their supposed time to open. Was driving home and remembered this place was close by and figured I’d see if they had it...of course they have it. Should have went here first... great, quick customer service!
I have to say that I have been there 3 times in the last two weeks. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and polite. Sometimes I feel like I'm not taken seriously because I'm a chick. I don't feel this way at Larry & Joe's. I have been able to fix my dripping shower, install my new washer and dryer, and I'm fixing to pick up a thermocouple for my water heater. I'm grateful to have somewhere to serk answers other than Lowe's or Home Depot.
They have bad customer service. The lady behind the counter and the guy with the long hair are both very rude and seem to just hate what they do in life. Organize your shop and get some staff that cares because you will shut down with people like that running the store.
My experience at Larry & Joe's has always been great when the older gentlemen are there, however my experience today really aggravated when I was in line seeking to return an item previously purchased, I was not even approached in a decent matter by on of the youngsters, he instead of beginning the sentence with a may I help you Common courtesy it!! was......WHAT DO YOU NEED!!!! I simply asked if I can return it and refund it back to my card......his respond THERE IS NOTHING I CAN DO......where is the common sense of being courteous towards the customer.....obviously this young fellow has no skills and most of all ethical education when it comes to customer service...now it makes me think, do I want to deal with this type of unprofessional, uneducated personnel!!!!
Great selection and personal service that reminds you of days gone by. Three locations and all are excellent!
Excellent service. I had no Idea what I needed for my shower head so I was told to go to Larry and joes. The employees were experts and knew exactly what I needed, thank you.
What great service!! They helped get the right tools and parts to fix a major leak in bath and showed faucets. Thank you you for saving the expense and wait time of a Plummer.
Went to get advice on a lavatory drain that had been half-assed by the previous owner. Young man didn't get his name looked ay my pictures, took me to the rack and handed me exactly what I needed and some advice to "think of it as a puzzle". 30 minutes and a couple of trims later we're fully functional and water tight. Should have come here first.
Looking for commercial irrigation valve . They have it. Also repair kit.
