I had placed an order a little more then 3 weeks before my wedding and noticed I had not received an update a week prior to my wedding. I texted them and they made sure it got to me within a few days. The ring is beautiful! It made my eyes full up with tears! I love this place!!
I purchased a Deadpool Spinning ring made out of Tungsten for my husband for our 20 year anniversary on April 7, 2021. The ring broke in July of 2021 and AGAIN in February of 2022. I reached out to Customer Service and each time a new ring was sent with the engraving, no extra charges. ONCE more his ring has broken into 6 pieces so we need yet another replacement. Again, I contacted Customer Service but THIS TIME they tell me I have to fill out a form and send the broken ring back, which I have to pay for shipping...AND there will be a charge for the engraving. SO NOT HAPPY about this...let's set aside the fact that the ring is clearly not made well! My husband sits at a desk all day and spins the ring when he is stressed. He does not bang it on anything, he does NOT handle any corrosive or harsh chemicals. The ring is just not quality!
Larson is AWESOME !!! I guess sized purchased a band for my Partner for Xmas. Finding it by the sink on more than one occasion he confessed it was too large. I txt LARSON’S on a mid Sunday eve to asked if I could reorder figuring I could keep the original for myself. Within 5 minutes I got a txt regarding my issue and the rep looked up my order and immediately got back to me to resolve my issue . I cannot Thank them enough for taking care of me. Furthermore not only are the prices fantastic the quality is AMAZING !!!
The quality of the ring alone speaks for itself, but the customer service is second to none. Not only was Allister prompt and informative, but I was able to get a replacement ring processed and sent within 12 hours of an initial warranty request! Never have I had such a smooth and painless time…the products and employees of Larson are Top Tier.
Great prices, great selection of ring materials as well as engraving options! I bought a Tungsten Carbide wedding ring from them in 2020, and I accidentally dropped it at work one day - a quarter of the ring broke off in a chunk, this is not uncommon for Tungsten rings, not a fault of theirs! So I checked their site and realized they have a lifetime warranty included with their rings. I contacted them via the service email and Aaron was extremely helpful not only setting up the replacement, but answered my questions and we even worked out a material change to Titanium for a very small fee less chance of break. Can't recommend Larson's enough for a great combo of price, variety and service!
Vince was amazing! Super attentive to my needs and concerns, responded to my emails and text right away and made sure everything was being taken care of so I could have my ring back in time for the wedding. Beyond happy with Larson Jewelers absolutely stunning wedding band and so grateful for the customer service provided.
I ordered three rings in three different sizes and I was pretty satisfied with one of the rings. I tried returning two of them and sending the third one in for an exchange to get an engraving, all with the required return/exchange forms to do so. I received a refund on two of the rings, but the one meant for exchange has basically disappeared. Larson says they didn't receive it despite it being in the same package as the other two I got a refund on! I've contacted Larson numerous times via phone and email in a respectful manner about this issue, but it remains unresolved and I'm no longer receiving any responses to additional contact. I'm left feeling neglected, disappointed, and out both my money and my ring! I liked the ring, but wish I didn't do service with this company, as they don't seem to respect their customers. I wish I could use my credit card's return protection to at least try and get my money back, but jewelry is excluded. UPDATE: After writing this review, Larson reached out and resolved my issues. I'm satisfied with the ultimate conclusion, but still left somewhat disappointed it took this much to resolve my situation.
I placed an order on 9/27/22 and received a made to order confirmation email letting me know the ring will take 8-10 weeks to make and then I’ll receive a tracking number. Fast forward I received my tacking in November and my ring was delivered on 11/21/22. Upon receiving my ring I realize I need to return for a different size or full refund. So I go on their website to see the return policy and and I email them about my issue. Their reply was that I could not return my ring because it was more than 45 days. I’m confused at this point because yes I know I placed my order on 9/27 however I did not receive the ring until November!! I will dispute this issue with my credit card company so please beware of this unprofessional company !!
Absolutely wonderful to work with!! Reached out about my order during the weekend & they promptly got back to me via text right away Monday! So helpful! So kind! Glad I ran across their ring sale on Google!! It will be a great 6th Anniversary gift for my husband!
I ordered a replacement wedding ring for my husband and it was unfortunately delivered to the wrong address. I was getting the run around from the shipping company, so I reached back out to Larson’s. They went above and beyond and are sending me a new ring with the engraving at no charge! It made my Valentine’s Day that much better to know that I would not have to wait around for the shipping company to MAYBE help me! Thank you again Larson’s!
