Service could be improved. The food itself tasted okay - the meat was dry and did not have much flavor. The chips were nice and crunchy however, and the salsa was good and spicy.
This use to be my favorite get away from LA to enjoy awesome food, by amazing chefs , but the change is very disappointing. Always good service & an amazing ambiance, but the food has become generic., as in the sister restaurants, El Toritos. Why change what was a success? Highly dissatisfied as a return customer.
I really liked the food here and I thought the service was on point. We got the chile verde pork and quesadillas and they both were really good. Salsa is a bit spicy but I like it that way so maybe that's why they are getting poor reviews?Food: 5/5
The salsa was good. That’s about all I can say that is positive. The carnitas was cut up cubes of pork plain with no flavor. A tablespoon of pick de gallo, and guacamole which did not taste good, kind of sour and runny. The beans were very lard tasting. The rice bland and overcooked. Disappointing and not returning.Food: 1/5
The food, service and margaritas were great! So happy to have found Las Brisas. We will definitely be back again!Food: 5/5
Their food is incredible and I love the atmosphere. It definitely has a very speakeasy feel to it. Also, the staff and service is fabulous. Highly recommended.Food: 5/5
Authentic atmosphere with a Floral outside patio. Very nice people. And the gnarliest margaritas in South Bay. No joke. Get you one UPDATE: On my last visit they changed their Margaritas size and the flavor. Very disappointing, when you consider that the restaurant is known for its margaritas. Not something you want to change. I'd rethink that one Las Brisas...
Food was very good for a great price!! Would definitely recommendFood: 5/5
The side soups were DELICIOUS and so was the carne asada but other than that it seemed to be an American take on Mexican food and it was mediocre. For the carne asada quesadilla tacos they used beef stew it changed the taste of the whole meal let down. We also ordered the Azteca carne asada and the beans were a bit sour and the rice was tasteless. Overall we mainly liked the side orders from this restaurant. Pick another place.
Was crushed to find Leo's Mexican restaurant closed down...but a chance recommendation by a stranger sent us to Brisas....we were very satisfied.Food: 5/5
