It was my birthdate so it was my first time they're with my family and I got a strawberry daiquiri in the food I had gotten was on a pineapple half cut it was so good next thing you know they start singing Happy Birthday to me and put a sombrero hat on me and had a airplane with a shot in it to drink it was awesome! The sauce for the chips was really good. Authentic Mexican food with authentic Mexican people that work there. They have vegetarian options too. I definitely will be going there in the future!
I read a number of reviews before going to this restaurant. In spite of some bad reviews we decided to check it out anyway. We were served tortilla chips and salsa, the salsa was very good. We each ordered the "street three taco dinners". You can select from a variety of meats for your tacos. We were both pleasantly surprised with presentation and flavor. For the price the food was very good. The beans, rice, salsa, guacamole were also very flavorful. They tasted home made, the extra toppings of tomatillo salsa & pepper sauce on the beans and rice was delicious. As you can see from the photos the tacos were full of meat. I love the added lime slice. Service was with a smile. We each were full and had left overs to take home. The menu was extensive. I would definitely return. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Although this place doesn't doesn't look like a well traveled location, the food was very good. The service was very attentive and well received. It was lunch time and the crowd was thin, but the food was good. We ordered enchiladas. Mine was with shrimp, pineapple, and chorizo. Hubs was a beef and cheese with sides of rice and salad.
Service was good but not a fan of the food. I ordered 3 hard tacos with ground beef and I'm not sure that was ground beef the texture was very odd and the meat wasn't hot barely warm at best. My friend had a combo meal with a soft taco and a tostada with rice and beans, she ate it but hers also was barely warm. This was 5:30 on 9/18 and I won't be back, since I had to go home and find something decent to eat.
First and last time here due to short staff which caused our wait time for food one hour!! The drinks were amazing and came out before food. My taco was trash and my ear of street corn was trash. I will not return well maybe for the drinks but definitely not the food. They have a NO REFUND NO EXCHANGE policy soooo if you don’t like your food according to them your out of LUCK!! They definitely need to hire more people because service here for my experience was extremely slow..
I've been here off and on for about 7 years or so. Generally it's been great. Last night when I ordered the street taco dinner, the waiter brought 1 taco. I waited and he doesn't come back, then I go up to the front and say something, I get another taco. Finally a waitress possibly manager unsure, comes and for the third time I ask for my complete meal. It was brought to me on a bag....not sure what the break down was or barrier but it was not the best experience. Disappointed at this visit. And yes, I did say something but whatever.
Decent food. The restaurant needs a bit of updating in it's decor.Food: 4/5
Editing this review, only because its so damn good. We stopped by yesterday for dinner and it was amazing as usual, great staff and servers and the cook in the back needs all the praise. Food is ALWAYS so good. Huge Margarita tubes too.
Update: Wow check out these pics. Excellent great tasting authentic Mexican food. The food here is really good. They provide you with large portions on each plate. They serve my wife the best steak chicken and shrimp fajita combo we've ever seen or tasted. I did my usual cheese enchiladas which were very good. I would highly recommend this place due to the friendly staff clean restaurant and colorful decorations inside.
They have some music and TV was on when we walked in. The place is lively. Food was great. Our waitress was nice.
