Since moving into LaSalle in September I have had nothing but great experiences. Not only is the office staff friendly and welcoming, but the residents are too! Jody has been nothing but amazing, she is informative, prompt and you are always greeted with a welcoming smile. Michael the property manager is kind and understanding, always aiming to make everything a positive experience for the residents. LaSalle is definitely a place I will be calling home for the next coming years. You can’t beat the location, spacious apartments and friendly neighbors! :
I recently moved into LaSalle apartments and my experience so far has been nothing short of wonderful! Jody has been such a huge help in the process. She is so kind, helpful, and informative! I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
Lasalle apartments is an amazing place to reside. The location is excellent, with amazing views of downtown Toledo. The apartment itself is spacious with astounding tall ceilings and an amazing work staff.The amenities are nice including the laundry room and the community gym. Jody made the move in extremely easy and has an answer and solution for any concern. I highly recommend Lasalle.
I've lived here 3 years now and the experience has been great! It's a great community with friendly trustworthy neighbors. The apartment manager Jody deserves a raise! She works tirelessly to see that the tenants remain happy.
I have lived at LaSalle for about 6 months......The experience of leasing was quick and easy! The building is quiet and the people that work here are excellent! Thank you to Jody for making my move easy and making me feel at home even before I moved in. The rest of LaSalle's staff including the buildings manager Amber and the maintenance guys do a great job maintaining this property. Both of the concerns I had were addressed and fixed quickly! Thank you LaSalle!!
I’ve lived at The Historic LASalle Apartments for 1 year and recently moved into another unit which I absolutely love!! This review is pretty late but we’ll deserved!!! Jody who is in the leasing office front end is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. My lease was ending and she understood how I wanted more space and what my needs were. Not only did Jody contact me each time a unit became available with pictures and details but she found me my dream apartment that has a stellar 360 view. Jody is extremely nice and professional and not only are the residents lucky to have her but she is definitely an asset for monarch investment property group! If you are looking for a great apartment, affordable, with a unique floor plan ask for Jody she will get you the perfect apartment for you. Happy Tenant, Vecenté
I have lived at The LaSalle for a little over a month and have no regrets about relocating to downtown Toledo. Leasing Specialist Jody was outstanding at her job and very knowledgeable about the building past and present. The whole leasing process was quick and easy. The apartment is more than I expected and the pricing is reasonable considering the location and amenities. Hope, The LaSalle's manager maintains a premier property. I am happy to call The LaSalle home!

BEWARE!!!! The individual apartments are very nice inside but that is the only positive thing I have to say about LaSalle. The leasing agent will do a fantastic job of selling LaSalle to you during your tour. They will explain the building is under new management and will make promises of an upgraded lobby, new lightning installments, new flooring in the hallways, upgrading the gyms to be located on every floor, a new key card entry system, upgrading the laundry room, and much more. I am here to inform you that NONE of this will happen. New management is making little to no strides towards improving this apartment building. In addition to the false promises, management is extremely unprofessional and the manner that is used to speak to residents is that of which I have never before experienced in my life. During my short stay at LaSalle my vehicle was broken into multiple times, sections of the parking structure were falling on vehicles and causing thousands of dollars in damages. I parked in the free lot offered because they charge a ridiculous amount of $45.00 a month for the garage. My vehicle was hit in the parking lot and the damages were not paid for, neither were the 2 side windows that were broken. The basement would often flood with water, the fire alarm was known to go off for hours during the night, people would smoke drugs and stink up the hallways EVERYDAY, residents were smoking cigarettes in the stairwell and the stench would travel into nearby apartments, the list goes on and on. I would never suggest anyone move in here because you WILL be disappointed. I wish I had listened when people told me their own horror stories about this place.
I lived in Lasalle 2 years ago & had a poor experience. Fast forward to today & i was attempting to move into another apartment in a new city I moved to and my new complex asks me about $220 Lasalle claims I owe. This amount was part of a carpet replacement fee that Lasalle sent to collections before even notifying me about it. I found out about the charge from collections calling my phone. I paid collections 2 years ago. I called Lasalle this week because I figure this has to be some sort of mistake and I needed a letter for my new apartment stating this. They’re telling me I still owe them so they can’t do that & so I ask if the manager can call me please. It has been a few days and there has still been no response from management. I call the collections agency and get the paperwork showing that the debt has been settled which my new apartment needs and even they said what Lasalle is saying is sketchy and that’s a lot coming from a debt collector... part of me wonders if they’re unhelpful because of a precious bad review which they asked me to remove even though it was accurate
