Absolutely incompetent. This doctor really needs to do some sensitivity training for herself, the other doctors and staff. So I had a miscarriage because they did absolutely nothing. Had they just given me progesterone, which my new obgyn was intelligent enough to give me based on my medical conditions, then we might not have lost our child. When we did find out there was no heartbeat at our second ultrasound they left us just sitting there waiting, absolutely devastated, alone in an exam room for about 20 minutes to then send in a doctor other than my own to very insensitively tell us the baby had died. This was after the ultrasound tech did all but rush us out of the first room. Then after I had the unwanted D&C that they suggested that I had, the office billing manager, Josie, refused to arrange a payment plan for us, expecting us to just cough up an obscene amount. I went in for my scheduled annual and they had dropped me as a patient. I attempted multiple times to send payment, which she rejected. The absolute worst and just all around most tragic experience that we’ve ever had. Please beware. And that’s just two of our experiences. Avoid them.

NEGATIVE 10 rating. Unacceptable, incompetent office/nurse communication with patient. When advocating for myself, the standard answer was “I don’t know”! I asked for notes and phone number the office/nurse had for me in my file I was waiting on lab results; AGAIN the response was “I DON’T KNOW”! Then I receive a certified letter in the mail that Dr. Lashbrook was terminating me as a patient. Obviously her and her office do not want to improve or communicate properly with their patients! Do not use this provider!! Only minions are tolerated there.

I had an amazing birth experience with Dr. Lashbrook in 2008 so I was very confused when I was confronted by a very close family member in 2018 about why they were approached by one of her nurses asking if I ever figured out why baby's daddy was. Seeing as that the father of my child was at practically every doctors appointment, I presumed I was being mixed up with someone else. I was somewhat taken back by the situation as hipaa strictly forbids situations like this but just figured there was a misunderstanding. When I found out I was pregnant in 2019, I reached out to her office as she knew my health history but was told she was not taking new patients. After the third miscarriage, and falling pregnant again, when I reached a point of viability in my pregnancy, I reached out to the women's center hoping to establish with one of its providers as I wanted to deliver in norman. I was told that I could not be seen by any provider at the office as I was high risk and would need to deliver with my mfm. After telling the lady twice that my mfm referred me to them as my only complication was age and high blood pressure that has been just fine the entire pregnancy the lady repeated herself again. So I asked to speak to an office manager as I felt it was discriminatory to deny me services without any medical observation or assessment. She then tells me it's not discrimination as they are a private practice and can deny service to anyone and then hung up in my face. So of course, I call back and leave a message with the office manager...only to never receive a call back explaining how one provider can ban someone from an office of numerous providers without medical observation. Between the belligerent rudeness and discrimination, not to mention directly violating hipaa by providing someone else's information to my family member who to this day still accuses me of embarrassing her by the nurse approaching her, I would NEVER recommend this doctor to anyone as this was completely unprofessional and also unethical.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Extremely poor service is unfortunately the standard for Women's Healthcare of Norman where Dr. Lashbrooks practices. You would never have to work so hard to establish yourself as a new patient with Dr. Lashbrook. Telephone calls are not answered by a "live" person. Instead, calls are answered by a machine with a message requesting that patients use the web portal for a "quicker response". Phone calls are not returned for days. My daughter finally had to email one of the physicians to let her know 3 weeks had gone by since she had left messages requesting to schedule a new patient appointment before someone finally called her back. Make sure you read the patient reviews on Google, Yelp, and the other review sites before making a decision to use this practice for your OB or GYN care.

Dr Lashbrook is a wonderful, caring, intelligent physician. She saved both my son and my life. Her office staff is great as well. She has been my OBGYN for over a decade and I am so thankful that I found her.

Very difficult to contact anyonr at this office. When I finally got through to make an apt, the person would not listen to me and almost made an apt for me to do something I did not want at all. When I arrived I waited for an hour to talk to a nurse practitioner student who ordered me some pamphlets and not a lot of help. Will be changing doctors...

Fantastic service

I have been seeing Dr Lashbrook for over 12 years now. From since I was a teenager just doing my well woman exams, to now her delivering 1 of my children, & soon to be 2nd. I love this office and I feel I have always received excellent care here.
