I’ve got my lashes done for the first time there and I really appreciated the great customer service experience. Amber did my lashes and she was nice and very professional. She made me comfortable since it was the first time. I loved how it looked that day; however, the next day my some of my lashes started falling out. Throughout my first week I have lost a lot of lashes I was confused if it was a normal process or not. I am so disappointed with that I was expecting it to last for long. I really did enjoy getting my lash done there tho.

Don’t even bother contacting TM Lashes if your looking for lashing supplies. This is now the second time they have ignored my text as well as my Facebook messages looking to purchase supplies they advertise. Once when I went in to purchase they took the order of a client who called in before myself….standing right in front of them. Also I think it is a bit concerning they tell their students it’s ok to use rubbing alcohol to sanitize their tools… Only reason they got one star rating was because no star is not an option. Horrible customer service.

I am a first timer and I loved how clean and friendly it was. My lashes feel amazing. No pinching or iteration and they are very informative on the best care for your lashes as well. I highly recommend you try it. I was very satisfied and plan on going back over and over again

I will never go to another place for extentions after meeting and having Cheyenne do my lashes! I’m in love every!! single!! time!! I’ve gotten them done by a new person here and while they weren’t the best quality, they still looked nice. Cheyenne is by far my favourite! She’s gentle, she’s funny, I can have a nice conversation with her and she does SUCH an amazing job : If you’re looking for quality lashes at a great price, she’s amazing and I highly suggest going to her. Won’t catch me anywhere else!

I had my lashes done here twice and it was a disaster both times. The staff is very kind, but the quality of work was unacceptable. Both times I had my lashes done, by two different people, the lashes were a tangled mess. I had 5 or 6 lashes glued onto one lash, with so much glue that my eyes felt crunchy. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place if you are looking for professional lash extensions that leave your natural lashes healthy and full.

I had the most AMAZING experience with Tessa! I was very sceptical about getting lash extensions as I have very sensitive skin and am prone to break outs and allergic reactions so I was scared of the glue but she told me they had a special glue that was for this reason so I tried it and wow! No breakouts allergic reactions nothing! During the whole session she was awesome constantly asking me how I was holding up if I was okay and just little conversations. She even asked what kind of music I wanted to listen to she was the perfect kind of person you’d want to do your lashes I couldn’t get enough of how amazing they looked after they were done and how long they lasted I’ll defintely keep coming back to see her and so should everyone for their first time getting them done!

I really got the vibe that the girl doing my lash lift and tint Tessa didn't want to talk to me which is fine, I didn't go to make a new friend. However, it would have been nice to have not have to repeat myself when I did ask a question since Tessa was busy on her phone during the twelve minute rests and wasn't paying attention. On top of that, I was left in the room at least four times with the door open, feeling vulnerable as people walked by and had conversations right outside while I couldn't open my eyes. I would not recommend anyone to go here unless they have the ability to sleep through the sound of high heels clomping around several feet away from you. As for the work that was done, I am extremely underwhelmed, but this is in part due to being accustomed to the look of extensions. Yes, my lashes look slightly more curled, but not $70 more curled.
