Dr Lassiter and his team are the best dental practice I have used. First, they make you feel at ease and relaxed. Their facilities and equipment are excellent. Dr Lassiter is amazing. I have never felt as comfortable at a dental appointment. For more complicated procedures, the staff always follow up with you to assure you are doing well. If you are looking for a dentist in SE Ga, I recommend Lassiter Family Dentistry!
ABSOLUTELY THE BEST DENTIST I'VE EVER BEEN TO! DR. Lassiter and his staff put me at ease from the moment I entered the office. And that was good because I've had a morbid fear of dentists from a young age. They took the time to answer all my questions fully, made my treatments as painless as possible, and brought back my smile. From my first deep cleaning, to my much-needed fillings, to the beautiful permanent crown they recently put in, my mouth feels better than it has in decades! I highly recommend Dr. Lassiter and each one of his highly trained and comforting staff.
I really don’t like going to the dentist, but I do love clean teeth and knowing I’m taking care of them. As a mil spouse of 20+ years, we move a lot and I have been to a LOT of dentists. Dr. Lassiter and his staff are the cream of the crop. And they don’t even ask for reviews, but they’re so good, I took the time to come write this anyway. If you want details, here’s why I love them: * They answer the phone, and their schedule is decent, especially compared to a lot of local offices. Scheduling was easy. * They were super up front with the costs, and broke it down into payments for me. * The office is clean, contemporary, and calm. * Dr. Lassiter first met me in a regular office space, and went over my paperwork and history with me. In all my new patient appointments in the last 20 years, this is the first time that has ever happened!!! * He is calm and patient with my anxiety, my questions, my need for more numbing, etc. * His numbing technique is the best I’ve ever encountered. I struggle to get and stay numb, but he does an excellent job. And he let’s the first shot kick in for a few minutes before doing the rest so you barely feel them - again, I’ve never ever had a dentist do that! Top notch care right there. What a difference. * His hygienist is so good. She got my teeth cleaner than they’ve been in years. I love that feeling and it’s been a while since someone took that much time and care with my cleaning. She also talked me through some habit changes I can make to better my dental health. 10/10, highly recommend, and that is saying a lot coming from me and my fraught relationship with dental work!

After moving here two years ago from California with my special-needs sister, we were in the hunt for a new dentist. After asking around, Dr. Lassiter‘s name kept coming up. I made an appointment for myself first to check out the office and the staff. I was met with kindness and thoughtfulness from day one. Dr. Lassiter is very thorough in explaining everything he does and the reason for what he does. I soon made an appointment for my sister and she was treated very well and special. From the office staff to the dental hygienist as well as Dr. Lassiter we have found our new dentist. We appreciate everything that they’ve done for us and will continue in the future. I highly recommend going to Dr. Lassiter if you have any fear at all. Dr. Lassiter and his staff will always put you at ease.
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Lassiter for nearly 10 years. We have both had very extensive dental, as well as cosmetic dental services completed by Dr Lassiter through these years. We could never have been more pleased with him and his wonderful staff. Every step in the dental treatment plan, including details of the various procedures and the associated costs is always fully explained. There have never been any surprises. Appointments for treatment are always conducted with care and compassion, with questions always answered. Dr Lassiter's office will even contact you if they a running a bit behind schedule, even is it's only 10 minutes, so your timing of arrival can be adjusted. They will also contact you to make sure you are doing well after any extensive treatment. If you are seeking a Dentist who is very professional and provides both quality and compassionate care you will not be disappointed. Dr Lassiter and his staff are truly the best !
Dr. Lassiter has done root canals, crowns, fillings, pulled teeth, etc. for me. He is very caring & careful & never hurts me which was not the case with my last dentist. His prices are reasonable. His office staff & hygienist & assistants are very pleasant & caring. I hope he will continue to do my dental work until I move on to my next life heaven!.
After having been with another dentist in the area for eight years I finally made the decision to move. What a great choice on my part. Dr. Lassiter and his staff are true professionals. They make you feel like a part of the family. I recently had some crown work done and would highly recommend him to anyone who is afraid of going to the dentist. He is very thorough and he and his staff put you at ease and walk you through the process. Thanks again Dr. Lassiter for all of your patience and good work.
Staff is friendly and welcoming. Doctor and technicians are very helpful. I am not one to write a bad review. This is actually my first one… so it goes to show how upset I am… My only bad experience is I was led to believe my dental plan was in network with them. I wasn’t sure if where the miscommunication went wrong when I was clearly asking them “am I covered with you under this dentist?” Spent money under the impression that my next cleaning was going to be covered. Very deceptive. I am not happy about it. I have to now call my dental insurance to make sure I am not paying over 300 dollars for x-rays. Even though I was told they will not be billing me because my plan was “technically” covered with them. Lesson learned from here. I will make sure next time I get a yes or no. Not a back and forth if I am covered.
