Reiki is a healing modality thats main focus is on a persons energy. With a reiki healing I will asses and help to heal your chakras ( the energy centers in your body). Reiki is a non-invasive healing, there is no need to undress to feel the effects of Reiki. Reiki originates in Japan, "Rei" means God's Wisdom or the Higher Power, and "ki" means the Life Force Energy. Mikao Usi is the founder of this ancient practice. My foundations in Reiki are that of Usi. The Reiki master that taught me is Polly Jo Labbe of Trinity Mystical Healing Energy School. Polly Jo is a Master healer with many years of experience. I am proud to use the healing methods she taught me, i am privileged to call her my mentor and my friend.
AromaTouch is a hands on massage that uses aroma therapy and massage techniques. The essential oils are applied directly to the skin with a carrier oil and are massaged into the skin in a very relaxing manner. AromaTouch Massage sessions last about 30/40 minutes. ( if you have allergies to any of the oils they can be omitted or substituted).
