Honestly, the best insurance I ever had. They always take care of me and every issue I have is always covered. The team there is amazing, Nina and Robert are amazing. Great pricing too!

One of the worse services you can ever get from a car insurance company. They make mistakes then try to up charge you on the policy. It a practice of their to do so call mistakes. Think real hard before you agree to their policies. Do your research first about this auto insurance company Erie.

I've had my insurance both home and car with Robert Laubscher for many years.  Robert has always provided excellent service.  Recently without going into detail Robert went one step further, he went above and beyond what was required and I cannot be more grateful for his help and expertise.

I have known Robert since 2005. I met him in one of my classes as we were finishing up our bachelor's degree at College Misericordia. We got to be chatting regarding our backgrounds, I bemoaned to him how my existing insurance provider within sufficient for my needs. I collected my information on my home and vehicles, sat down and had an appointment with him. Robert has been very professional and always available every time I've needed his assistance. The pricing is more than acceptable and I found him always professional.

Robert is a wonderful agent who actually cares about his clients, called several times after our accident to be sure we were okay and be sure everything with the car was taken care of.  We would highly recommend him to anyone who asks.  Five Stars!
