Opened a checking and savings account today. The rep Mr. Fox was incredibly thorough, professional, and helpful. The process was a breeze and I’m looking forward to making use of all the promotions they’re running for their 60 year anniversary!
Excellent financial and banking services provided by Dustin B. Gothard. He is the most professional banker I’ve met in years. The way he handled my banking business has resulted with my decision to move all my financial businesses to Launch Federal Credit Union. They are now my “bank” and highly recommend their services.
They are always very helpful. And they always make sure to keep me informed of all courses or CD rates offered at the credit union. Ms. O'Leary is always upbeat and willing to help. I highly recommend .

I came in after banking my truck totaled out after the storm, didn't have much to work with as far as money down and Ms. Rubi was amazing! She went to work and got me approved and driving in a day! This was by far my best customer service experience as I had gone to multiple car lots and couldn't get the financing needed. She was awesome
I attended a event with my granddaughter called Financial Education Teen Night, the article was posted in The Florida Courier, the event required preregistration, it was facilitated by a awesome woman named Ms Rodriguez, it was engaging, interactive, informative, educational, I was extremely overwhelmed by the wealth of information received in such a short time. This program needs to be a requirement for High school students, as well as Freshman College students. Thank you Launch for being a pillar in our community!
We used to love this credit union but they have unfortunately let us down which is ultimately going to cost us thousands of dollars. They don’t take care of their longtime members, time to close our accounts and go back to Wells Fargo
I am so happy to have an open back acc here plus I’m building my credit @16. They are so good with communication.
Way better and faster than I expected. Needed cash out of savings and was in an out within 30 seconds. No paperwork to fill out. Just handed my dl and that was it.
