The dynamics of the place is amazing!! But the attitude of the staff sucks!! I truly believe that this place has extreme potential of being one of the best indoor park there is, However, what also makes a place is the people.  Every staff member was distracted, or on the phone or just had a mean demeanor.  Everyone look like they hated Life! , and the irony of them working in a family indoor park. If you don’t love what you do, don’t!! I celebrate my granddaughter’s eighth birthday, and ended up being one the staff, working, on paying attention to my kids and others.  The staff members definitely needed an overhaul!

I made my daughter's 6th birthday and I must say it was an amazing experience. The kids enjoyed it a lot. There was even a delay when going to the room to celebrate but the team managed it very well. Excellent work team, very responsible and kind young people. My host was a super nice, nice girl with the kids! I'd definitely do it back in that place. A very clean place. I almost forgot to say pizzas and wings are very good. Thank you!!

What a great family place! Absolutely loved coming here,  very clean lots to do. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They had good,  drinks, lots of places for the parents to sit. Very comfortable and my daughter was sold from the time we walked through the door. What a great place to have a birthday celebration. We will definitely return again soon because they literally had everything  bowling, laser tag, pool tables, games and more

Awesome place to wear out the whole family! Lots to do from the zip line to laser tag, arcade games, trampoline dodgeball area, A giant playground for the kids to climb on, And even bowling. All of the staff was super helpful, polite, and worked well as a team. Bathrooms were clean, Drinks were cold, and everyone had fun. We will definitely be back.

This is hands down the BEST trampoline park in Orlando. I gave it 5 stars on this app, but I would give this place a 20 out of 20, if I could! We chose to celebrate our son’s birthday here for the first time, at the end of July, and were so pleased with the experience that we will absolutely come back again.  The special attention we received from our party attendants, Jeniyah and Jessie, was superb! They went the extra mile to make my son, our guests, and I feel cared for and special. The trampoline park is huge, so there was plenty of space for the kids to play and have fun. There’s also a really cool and large play area for smaller children to enjoy, surrounded by TVs and soft seating for the parents.  We had a party room just for us, which I was able to decorate with our Super Mario theme. All the kids, and adults, had a wonderful time. Out of all the birthdays I’ve done, this is definitely one of my most memorable ones thanks to the team at Launch Family Entertainment. Thank you dearly!

They have great staffs out there, big shout out to Antony which is supervisor and he did a great job by taking care one of my big group which is they are deaf and hard of hearing. And also big thanks to Lauren, she did amazing job and out her best effort what she can do and she did satisfied each one of our customers. I’m definitely would recommend for anybody to come down great place to play for adults and kids. Also they have a nice bar which I’m very impressed! Thanks again, definitely will be coming back again! My kids had blasted.

We stopped here to buy some time before we headed back to the airport. The kids loved playing here and doing laser tag. The cost wasn’t too bad, but the food did take quite a bit for what I ordered. There are a bunch of younger employees working here so you just have to be patient. All in all, it was a nice place to stop and get energy out.

Amazing place!! Very fun!! The kids had a blast, so many different activities, like bowling, trampolines, ax throwing, pool tables etc. Very very cool place!!

This place is great for the family. Had so much fun laser tag and bouncing. The kids play area is great for younger kids. Was glad they offer food as well. It's just pricey for a family of 5 and to eat, but it was great memories

By far our BEST trampoline park experience! There was so much for my group of students to do... laser tag, bowling, arcade, trampoline park, and delicious food! I highly recommend this place for a fun family night out or a large group activity! You will not be disappointed! Nadia and the entire staff were so accommodating making sure we had everything we needed, and everyone was having fun! Thank you, Launch, for an awesome field trip!!
