The night staff lady was beyond helpful and courteous. She went above and beyond her duties, she made sure everyone felt safe, she made sure that she helped instruct everybody to the facility. She kept a facility clean. Overall this was a great experience. Would recommend.
They're open 7 days a week & are open late. There are lots of washing machines & dryers, & they're all easy to use. They also have vending machines, arcade games, & a television to help pass the time while your clothes are washing/drying
Very clean comfortable and quiet. They upgraded the new cards now it really runs great no problems with the machines and not crowded I will always go there
I actually spent less here due to size options of washers. Attendant is professional and nice. The Big dryers and washer have become my favorites. Thanks
Card laundry, they have soap on site that you can buy at the counter. $20 dollars gets a $1 bonus. The baskets roll smooth.
Normally I would go here to do laundry. But after today. Probably not. I Noticed the washers are dirty and mouldy. The attendant was fairly rude when I asked her if she could start the washers for me I had 3 loaded, THEN she takes my money, starts 2 of the 3 washers. And then walks across the street to go to the store? While everyone is in there, with no attendant. So I had to ask another customer to use his card to start it. Also i had to give him an extra $5 because the attendant walked away. Taking my $5 without starting the 3rd machine. I wont be coming back. Keep the $5.
Hadn't been to a laundromat in a while, my usual was closed... this one was near my home. Staff was very helpful and communicated immediately any issues with change machine, card machines and any of the washers and/dryers. Machines did a decent job on the rugs I took to clean. Establishment seemed well kept. Peaceful crowd. Television was audible. A little more expensive than what I was use to.
Always enjoy going here when I have to, because of the warm and Friendly staff... atmosphere and it's quiet and peaceful.
I would really like to give 2 1/2 stars...I usually go on Sundays & every time the attendant Rita is on the Sunday morning shift & she either does not know how to multi task or would rather not...yes there are an adequate amount of machines & reasonably priced, but Rita would rather you get a card to make it one less task to take on by starting your machine for you although she will...I really wish she was more efficient, but again that would include multi tasking...the one lady that works during the week in afternoon is awesome. .she's not afraid to multi task & very efficient..
This place has went down since the past two years I been coming here. Every time I come here there are never carts available for my clothes and and when I finally get a cart my cart is took after I put my clothes in the washer and dryer. I don’t feel welcome when I’m here the older black lady always looking at me which make me feel uncomfortable. This place not that clean like it use to be. Need more carts for people clothes, clean more, and better customer service. Also want people to know that they steal at this laundromat I have had my bags stolen twice here so I advise to keep your stuff near you at all times.
