Very clean and spacious with lots of folding tables. They cater to Kent State University hence the bar and pool table at the back. Prices are average.

First time coming here. The gentleman on shift at about 5pm on Nov 8th 2022 was fantastic. He is really good at interacting with the customers and providing great service. Overall a bit pricey but the service makes up for it. They didn't have as many washers as expected and I can see why that is an issue at busier times.

Clean facility with plenty of units, can usually find open loaders even on a busy day. The bar is nice if you're into that while waiting for laundry. The plaza 101 is in also has a lot of food & drink offerings as well as Acme to kill time/run other chores which is convenient. Never had an issue w/ staff. Don't recommend using the PayRange app as it ate money I spent on a unit without it actually working, but that isn't 101's fault.

Best laundromat I have been to. All the machines were working good. Very clean place, and friendly people. It was a warm day, and a good day for a cold beer at the bar why waiting for laundry!

It's best to go on a weekday morning. My kid spilled a drink and the attendant just gave me towels and disappeared. Another time, me and 1 other person was using the dryers. I was on one side, she was on the other side of the laundromat. The attendant put her laundry right above my clothes and acted bad when I was in her way to collect my clothes. Seriously. There were 20 other dryers, easy, she could have used.

Wish there was more clear signage. Had to figure out there were multiple sizes of washers, that there was a coin dispenser, that there were rolling carts, how much each was, etc. Not impossible to find your way but a bit annoying that it isn't laid out in the best way and there aren't any signs helping you out, either.

I tried to dry my clothes before the last call for clothes. The dryer ran but didn't dry my clothes at all they were cold and wet when they came out. The guy said I could come back tomorrow and he'd let me run it for free because they were closing. These are all my work clothes for the following day and when I told him that he said there's nothing he can do

Very affordable prices, a bar and arcade machines inside, a cool bartender named Andrew who’s very down-to-earth and happy to help customers… what’s not to like? Great laundromat. I 100% recommend it!

This has to be my favorite place to do my laundry and no it's not because it has a bar and a pool table it's because the staff is friendly and helpful and the place is kept clean. Evening time seems the best time to go if you don't want it to be chaotic and busy. My service dog likes going here to do laundry also.

When you have to do laundry away from home, this is my place of choice. BOGO Coca-Cola & TV. Nice facility & employees. Never a problem. Outlets for cell charge & stream something on your phone. Great!
