It is NOT clean in this small facility. There is no attendant if you need help or to clean the machines. The change machine might not give you enough quarters. This place needs an upgrade. It does not look safe for college students. The restroom is absolutely disgusting. Help wanted sign on the window is an indication this laundromat is not managed properly. Do not waste your money here.
Good price. Can pay by phone with Dexter app. Same owners as Shell station so someone is always available for issues, including issues with people.
I hit the rubber from a tire on the highway and happened to pull off here. The owner or one of the employees seen me looking under my car and came outside to see if I needed help. He locked up the business grabbed his tools and helped me remove the under guard that came loose. I am beyond thankful for this angel. Thank you for helping me with something outside of your job in this scary world.
Horribly nasty. Dryers do not work well at all spend more money switching dryers trying to find ones that work properly. Laundry came out smelling worse than it went in I will never come back to this place again. also while my laundry was finish being washed lady cleaned out the black filthy dispenser at the top and knocked more disgusting stuff down into my clean laundry after It had already run its cycle very upset this lady has no sense.
Always clean and they maintain the washers and dryers. Not a bunch of broken or out of order machines. The TV's are a very nice touch.
It's nearly the biggest place and the dryers run a long time. That's a huge plus. Many people go there. The parking is the reason I give it a 4. It's tight quarters to get your vehicle in n out.
This place is a disgrace. PLEASE drive to South Austin and do your laundry at The Folde, 11330 Manchaca Rd. Austin, TX. 78748. Sundays its discounted before 5:00 by 2.00 and also you’ll get good treatment by nice people. AT LAUNDRY BASKET. I spent 2.00 to get 20.00 to put in their machine so I could do my laundry. I’m 76 years old and I hurt my knee so back I could hardly walk so I decided to get the change in the machine and then unpack my car which was FULL of laundry. The lady their asked me if I was doing laundry and I said “YES”. She told me she wanted to SEE the laundry BEFORE I was permitted to spend the 20.00 I just paid 2.00 to GET from their store. She physically by putting her hands in front of the machine stopped me from getting the change and I really think I could bring criminal charges against this inhumane person. NOT only calling me a liar, but PHYSICALLY stopping me from using the change machine. These people DO NOT deserve to be in business in our country. And as long as we tolerate this inhumane treatment it will continue. DON’T GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!
Not the best in town but 24hrs is convenient
Establishment is also very clean. There is an attendant that works there and keeps up with it. Washers and Dryers are much cheaper then any other laundromats that I've been to. I recommend to any and everyone.
Love this place! We've been going here for almost 5 years. They are clean, inexpensive, and open 24 hours. I just started using their drop off laundry system. We have busy lives so doing laundry is one less chore we have to do if we can avoid it. They do such an amazing job. I think the only complaint is they don't take card but other than that I will still remain a loyal customer.
