Since moving to Dallas over 10 years ago my family has used this laundromat on and off because the staff is nice and the place is kept clean but 4 days ago the dryer caught fire and burned all my towels. The manager was given my information and has not reached out to me yet. I'm moving my business elsewhere. Because over half the dryers dont work and haven't worked for awhile.Would I be wrong to file a police report?
Updated. The worst ever. They say that they close at 10pm but they close any time they won't and just leave a note saying come back tomorrow to pick up your clothes. That's so unprofessional. In my case the closed before 9:15pm. Next morning they opened at 7:17AM and someone has opened the dryers. Knowing when u pick up the clothes cold they will be all wrinkled up.
I love doing my laundry here. It is a very clean environment and there is even a massage chair. All the employees are friendly, smiling and happy to help. 5 Stars for sure !!! Just found out they have a rewards program. After you reward card is full you get a free wash. They have weekly drawings for great gifts.
I just needed to do a single load since I'm visiting for work. Wasn't a terrible location, but I would say 1/3 of the machines were Out of Service, it was incredibly muggy in here, and it was quite dingy and dirty feeling. I understand there is a lot of heat and water going around so humidity is going to happen, especially in this heat. I will say the machines I used were cheaper than I am used to, but we're talking a total of $0.50 savings. If I went here often, that would add up of course.
I've been going here for the past few months. It's nothing to rave about but it gets the job done. Standard washers with agitators are $1.25, double load, front loaders are $1.75. Dryers are .25 cents per 10 minutes. The last time I was there, the front load washer that I used had 3 minutes left and was supposed to go into spin cycle. It never did. Instead, it just sat there as time ran out then filled back up with water right when the timer went off. There was a huge mess to try and get my clothes out. Luckily there is usually someone on duty. He grabbed buckets for the water to flow into. I couldn't communicate with himhe did not speak english He did pay for me to use another machine which was nice and I had to write down the problem and my information on a piece of paper.
Is not a bad place to do laundry, their overall place is well lit and clean, most times there is someone to help out with machines and they can also sell you laundry supplies too if needed
The sign says "Try our new machines, Under new management." So I tried to wash a load the machine wouldn't spin. The short Vietnamese man turned it off and on, it still wouldn't work. So he gave me money for the new 1 over ok cool. This is where it gets sketchy. He puts rugs in the 1 that didn't work! Did he just use MY LAUNDRY DETERGENT?! CHEAP B@$YARD!!!!! NEVER AGAIN!!!
First time to use it. Very clean. Thnks for bein open . this freeze has been terrible. My pipes were frozen and its been a long time since i used a laundry matt
I do my laundry here often nice folks, clean place, and plenty of machines for a reasonable price.
We love it here. Its always clean and taken care of. the girl who works there is always really nice to everyone. And they have a message chair :
