I really like this place - I have used both fold and wash and do it yourself. Mr. Chris, the owner, is very friendly and cares about his customers. They do an outstanding job with wash and fold; I would definitely try it - everything is neat, organized, and smells good. Also, I think they are moving down the street closer to me, so I will definitely keep coming and hope you all do, too drying is free!

Wow, what an upgrade! Love the new location! If you’re used to going to the old one RIP ask for a walkthrough as it’s a totally different process. I’ll miss the nostalgia of quarters but the new system is pretty seamless once you get set up. There’s an app and you use QR codes to activate the machines. You can reload your account with card or cash but you will need to add a card in the app to initialize the account. The app notifies you when your clothes are done although the sound is very annoying so you’re free to pop in to other businesses in the area, like the Ethiopian spot next door! There’s more seating options and better climate control inside. Better parking as well. There are a variety of machine sizes, including more big machines for bulky items or massive loads. They spin a lot of the water out so drying is quick. Same friendly staff! Last wash is at 6:30pm. I’ll drive the couple extra minutes and continue to be a customer here.
This was my favorite laundromat. They had great service and a comfortable environment. Unfortunately, their landlord forced them out, though I didn't get the entire story. One of the guys who works there said they were moving to Cheshire Bridge. But their phone number no longer works and they were supposed to be out by February.
So earlier this month I went to the Laundry Lounge, and everyday since then it's been on my agenda to leave a review on the experience! First off, if its your first time, parking is around back of the building behind the Publix but the location couldn't be better. I came in on shift change later in the afternoon and Chris and Craig has great energy and are super helpful. Craig answered all my questions and Chris is super attentive! He even helped me fold my comforter to fit into my bags properly I was struggling y'all! I also sat and paid attention to how they were handling what I think was customer drop off orders.... I'll definitely feel comfortable leaving my clothes with them. And oh! The Dryers are Free!!!
This is the third time that I have had the pleasure of coming to laundry lounge to get my laundry done and all of the experiences have been amazing but this third time I came in was extra special. I usually would get them to do a wash and fold and come back but because I had last minute company I didn’t have that luxury. When I told them about having my mom in town tonight and needing my laundry done before she got her they went out of the way to get it done in time for my mom to enjoy fresh linen on her bed. Thanks laundry lounge fam for the amazing accommodation and hospitality. 10/10! I’ll be forever a laundry lounger!
Went from worst dryers in Atlanta to the Best! Live the new spot …. well the machines at least… Ansley landlords are a mess for getting rid of once staple businesses …. but anyway…gentrified is Atl at its best
