Friendly staff. The lady is ALWAYS there cleaning, so im not afraid to leave my stuff there. It's right by the dollar tree and fast food, so you have something to kill the time while you wait.

My favorite laundromat in the area always has great service and helps everyone get a machine so there isn’t people waiting too long

The lady that works there was so rude , she does not have any patience at all , she does not care about anyone. will rush you to get your clothes done. she will rush you & choose which spot she wants you to wash your clothes in . Was there first and she literally told the other lady that came after me to put her clothes in the washer machine and wouldn't let me put my clothes. She's So unprofessional . I will never go back to that laundromat . Rated as 1 .

Since they replied to my review in all the wrong ways. They said “Unfortunately, we can't have customers leave their laundry in the dryers when it is finished, because we get extremely busy and customers are waiting to use the dryers. Thank you for understanding” which further proves my point that nothing will be done to fix this lady’s behavior and attitude. That day she removed my clothes, she said it was because she thought it was from the night before. Yet, the clothes was HOT. I timed my machine and went back exactly the time it stopped. This is why she stuttered when I confronted her about it. There was no one there that early morning expect one lady and one man. Tell me exactly how that is busy? My logic is she removed the clothes to retrieved my towel to clean up the mess the machine had made. It’s disappointing that the owner will reply to this in such manner and the fact that we have to be standing right in front of the dryers until they are done and not on the benches they have inside because our clothes will be removed the second it stops. I have the day and time this occurred if you want to check the cameras mike? Let me know how I can contact you and I can go in to point it out in the cameras.

The good thing is this place is clean but the dryers don’t dry right. They say it’s 25¢ for the dryers I added 75¢ just to get 12 minutes on the dryer. And it was like that on all the ones I used I had that with every quarter I’d get extra minutes but it was like 25¢ for 5 mins I added another 25¢ and was still at 5 mins until I put another 25¢ and I barely got 12 mins. It was frustrating bcuz I never been to no laundry place that does this. It’s nice and all but they need to fix those dryers and put the actual price on them, and not scam customers

ok first off the washers and dryers themselves are really good but the management is another story. There’s a lady that works there with short blonde hair and is ridiculously rude and unprofessional, not to mention the numbers they provide to contact them don’t work or no one answers!

I had an upsetting experience at this Laundrymat. The washing machines were good. I had trouble with the dryer. I put in a quarter and unfortunately it was not working properly. I decided to put my blankets to a different dryer. When the lady that cleans there arrived I greeted her kindly and told her about the incident. She said "yes, they do that sometimes." I then asked her if I could get my quarter back when she was available since she was taking out the bags out of the trashcans. When I asked she threw a faintly laugh and nodded her head from left to right and left. She came back like 2 minutes later and put a quarter in the dryer and it did not work and she tried again the second time after she slammed the door shut. Then it worked she looked at me and said " It works, see it works, I can't give you your quarter back!" and started walking away. I just told her quickly it didn't work when I did it. I mean I didn't want to slam as hard as she did after seeing like 5 dryers already with the "DO NOT WORK" sign.She was rude! She did not have to respond in that manner I was never disrespectful or rude. Unlike her no manners and poor poor people skills. I try reaching out to the owner and so far no answer. It sad that they let this woman do whatever she wants. Never coming back!

I tried reaching out to Mike who manages the laundromat by the Dinuba blvd but he didn’t reply. The crazy lady with short blonde hair is extremely xenophobic and with no morals for the customers and the homeless people who have literal mental illnesses. I’ve been going here for two years and it was finally my turn to see the disrespectful side of her. If this establishment isn’t professional, the least they can have is standard morals for human beings. To add, a sign that says closed at 9pm if you aren’t already inside the building because apparently the crazy lady has family to get home to. Will totally help avoid confrontation with the employees but the manger probably encourages these actions.

Clean washers and awesome dryers and Martha is an amazing woman she tries to look after you like family!

This place is garbage. There's some weird lady that yells at people all the time and agressively interrogates them on what they are washing. The wifi doesn't work. No arcade machines. Its cramped. The one good thing about the place is that the prices are only slightly worse than every other one in town. Also they are mean to animals. Like throwing rocks at a stray cat that was outside. Trying to actually hurt it. I won't go there anymore
