Ordered a few things the other day online. A few things did not fit. I asked for a return, they do not do returns. I then asked for an exchange for bigger size and they do not offer exchanges either. What kind of store does this? I will not order from here again. I feel robbed out of my money. I do not recommend buying from here.

They have cute clothes , however they have the worst policy for exhange/ return, i ordered online and im usually a size medium but the jumpsuit i bought fit me big, and due to the fact that i used a promo code they wont do a refund or exchange. I understand they discounted $$ but i still used $$ and for now to not be satisfied with what i bought really sucks.

Cute trendy and convenient. The staff is helpful and friendly in finding different sizes for you in the fitting room. I will say the clothes is a bit overpriced since the quality and durability is not so great but that is to be expected. Plus, her online promo codes are able to be applied in store but then the items will be final sale!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! First, they did not want to exchange my jeans for a bigger size because I bought the jeans with a promo code. Second, It's been three weeks since I order some jeans and I still have not receive my package. They finally reach out to me and my package was sent back to them because of "insufficient address information" now I have to pay for a shipping label when I had already paid for the shipping. I guess if you are not famous they really do not care!!

I order online. The clothes is so cute and there is always a good coupon code. They also ship really fast and I get my orders in 1-2 days from when I order.

waited 5 days to get an answered, i messaged laura, laura’s boutique on instagram & no answer. i finally get an answer and they tell me no returns. what kind of store does no returns or exchanges. she thinks because she’s verified on instagram for i don’t even know what. she can rob customers of their money and she’s too good to answer any DMS.

Went in & all of the employees were on their phone and talking to one another not once did anyone greet us nor all the customers coming in. They do not at all ask you if you need any assistance. It was my first time to this location so I was unaware where the fitting rooms was. I asked the employee and she just pointed to back and said “you can go to any that are open.” There is no one there to help you. There was more customers in the line for the waiting room and I had to tell them you can use any of them. I overheard other customers stating how rude and unprofessional the employees were and I couldn’t agree more. I was beyond disappointed of the service I had been to all Laura’s Boutique locations and I love the brand I have even gone to the grand openings in Whittier and Tustin and when I say its worth the drive going to another location it truly is. I love the brand and I am beyond disappointed and I want Laura to know that those girls are unfortunately hurting her store.

Nice clothes horrible customer service!! Never again

I went in and all three employees were on their phones and nobody greeted my friends and I, and nobody asked if we needed any help. Very disappointed, I was excited to finally go in the store.
