Laura's Fine Art Gallery and Frames prides itself on providing quality work while maintaining the uniqueness and charm of Westport. I was at the same location for 15 years and in the business for 30 years. I attribute my success to a loyal customer base, built over years of service-providing quality work and reliable service.The business has recently moved up the street to 20 railroad pl from 56 Railroad pl,Westport.ct. I frame everything from traditional paintings and photographs to unique personal items. The shop has over 3,000 frames for customers to select from. I love to use creative mats, such as hand wraps (a mat that is wrapped with fabric) and multiple opening cut wraps.
I also specialize in selling original art from local artists and have quite a bit of original art on display on the walls of my shop.
I have framed a variety of unique three dimensional items over the years, and love to design beautiful ways to display my clients' cherished items, either in frames or creative display boxes and shadow boxes. Many customers come in for my help to make their mementoes come alive! I have framed over 75 Playbills for one client who has seen every play in New York, as well as many quilts, and made display cases for collections of spears, a guitar, old coins, and even an army jacket!
