Great experience! Just came to see what this store was about since I always pass it on my way to work. Everything is so beautiful and greatly price the ladies are so amazing and helpful, and helped me so well during the whole process! Would absolutely 10/10 recommend and definitely will be back!
Paid a deposit, were told we'd get our furniture by a certain date and the furniture never arrived. No one ever took the time to call and let me know of such delay. I requested my money back and they told me i could have a display model from the store. All i wanted was my deposit back. They then had the nerve to charge me a monthly payment for furniture i never received. Never plan on going back, customer service is not the best to say the least.
Worth the drive to Aurora. A lot of great furniture, friendly people and great service.

Amazing service from start to finish. As soon as we walked in, there was a friendly, casual environment. Laura helped and was readily available; but there was absolutely no pressure. We found a table that we loved and Laura got it for us in just a couple days. Delivery was seamless and we couldn't be happier. Not to mention, the table is far more striking than other tables we saw at competitors for over double the price. I would recommend Laura's Furniture not only based on product, service, and price; but also because it's great to support a local, female-owned business. We will definitely be back for all our furniture needs. Thank you Laura.
I highly recommend Laura’s Furniture, the service was excellent! I had so many questions and Laura the owner was very patient with my needs. The furniture and decor will sure bring out the comfort of my house!
Long Post Warning Sharing my negative experience with Laura's Furniture. Hoping to save others their time and money. I always try to support business in Aurora, however my experience with Laura’s Furniture was very upsetting. There were various issues after my order was paid for, but my top two w/o going into every detail are as follows: 1. Lauras daughter also employee provided incorrect information about a sofa set I placed through one of their catalogues. Laura offered to exchange it to a sectional for what I was looking for, but I’d have to pay tax and delivery about $600 extra. I can understand possibly paying a difference but I do not think it’s fair to have to pay extra fees such as delivery for a mistake on their end. 2. The night my couches were finally delivered, my son scratched his foot on a nail sticking out from the bottom. I went the next day to show Laura a video of the staples. Without an apology for my son, she goes on to explain how it’s “common” and how to remove them myself. I did remove a total of 6large staples that were sticking out. This place does not genuinely care about their customers. As I stated, there were other issues amongst the main 2 listedyes, long delivery even if they say within that week because it's "in stock". I do not recommend this place! They like to accuse customers of lying..so if you do make a purchase there, make sure your questions are answered by the owner and ALL details no matter how small you think it may beof your order are written down on your receipt.
Shopped here and they had very phenomenal service, the store also had very classy and elegant furniture to choose from. I loved the choices they had and the owner Laura was organized and very helpful.
Paid in full for a couch that started to unravel. Called several times to discuss the issue. Which is still unresolved. I had to take her to small claims court and won my case, but she still yet has to pay me back in court she offered me $1 a month? She also called the police on us when came to confront the issue. What a way to treat customers who paid you! Also what a waste of tax payers money, as the APD said "they are familiar with her as the get calls all the time like this". I wonder why she still in business! Trash,boot leg, knock off, is what she sells. She does not stand by her brand of "affordable quality furniture"! She is a lie and takes no accountability as a business owner!
Great customer service. Laura and her staff showed my wife some great selections from the catalogs. Out of other furniture places, I was glad to do business with small local business. It was worth the drive from Lincolnwood to Aurora. I look forward to continue doing business with Laura again. Gracias. Highly recommend going there.
