I have the dog NOBODY wants to groom. He was rejected at least 3 times by other groomers. Laura and her team are amazing. Not only do they get to bathe him and groom him, but they say-they don't get bit!. Don't know what I would do without them.
I’ve never had an experience with a cat groomer so I put my trust in this place. Ill never go back. I was told a pit to pelvis trim which was actually a CLOSE shave, the nail on my pet was cut WAY too close, and he came home with a dash on his nose.
Thank you to all the team at Laura's pet shop. My dog Oakley got his first haircut there.
Laura's spa per is amazing we have been coming here with our doggies and they always groom them very beautifully and smell amazing!!! We also lrecommend they thier daycare services, I felt confident leaving them for week, they were taken care of so well!!! Thank you Laura!!!!
My first time going to Laura’s Pet Spa, I was nervous because it was my fist time taking my kitten to a groomer and his first time as well. They did a great job, he got a bath, a sanitary cut, ears cleaned and nails clipped. When I got there he was so calmed. Thank you Rene for the great job .
This was my first time bringing my foster pup to Laura’s Pet Spa, but definitely not my last. The owner and staff were incredibly caring and gentle with my pup! I would highly recommend their exceptional service. They have gained a life long customer because of their work and kindness!
Just got my dog back from them. They did a great job with her and made her look like a new dog! She’s a shepherd/husky mix and has A LOT of hair, and spent a ton of time on her! I’m super impressed with the groomer staff there and will be using them for any grooming needed.
Kenneled my dog here for 10 days. Laura takes amazing care of the dogs that stay there. Nice big yard for dogs to run around in. Would highly recommend.
This was my first grooming with them. My papillon looks fabulous. Groomers are professional, pleasant, and did a great job grooming my handsome hyper dog. I will be back!
Don’t like leaving negative reviews, everyone makes mistakes, but this was simply horrific. Brought in our goldendoodle for a slight trim, they shaved him completely for the winter, including his whiskers. Poor dog had huge stress afterwards and we had to take him to the vet, to make sure he was ok. The veterinarian was dumbfounded at why a “pro” groomer would shave off a dog’s whiskers, which dulled the dog’s senses, he didn’t have an appetite and was very stressed. On top of this they still charged $120 for the excuse of a professional cut. Horrible...wasn’t the first time coming here, but never again.
