Great little spot for the family. There's a playground for the kids and lots of space for your furry kids to run around leashed. Looking for some ball action, the field nearby is almost always hosting a game. The ice cream truck always makes an appearance so that's a treat. I deducted a star for the state of the bathrooms. They aren't necessarily dirty but they are missing doors so be prepared.
Went to a big, annual community picnic and the park was bustling with patrons. Everyone looked grateful to have a place where we all could meet and mingle. Great park!
The park is small but nice lots of shade great locations to pitch a canopy and it is very clean
It's a nice park but too windy to have sand at the bench and food area... needs to be replaced with concrete or bark... it was so unpleasant having the wind whipping and sand blowing over food, in our eyes and hair.
Great park and a very popular spot for our family hang out at. It's also a very common park where sport leagues hold their practices and games. This park has 2 play grounds, lots of open space, lots of trees and plenty of seating and grills for parties. Just FYI although the seating area is first come first serve, if you're going to make a decent size party of any sort I do recommend reserving the spot. I have seen situations where a family showed up early to get seating and prepared everything only to get moved later on because another family had reserved that particular spot through the city for the day, and yes there is a fee to reserve. There's a small chance a spot is reserved but it's better to be safe then sorry. The only reason I'm giving this park a 4 Star is because the bathrooms are horrible. If you need to use the toilet, be aware they're very dirty and there's no door for privacy on both the men and women's restroom but luckily theres plenty of trees. Either than that I do recommend this park for any occasion.
Well maintained park. Green grass and the pups love it. We enjoyed our afternoon walk. Hope everyone keeps the park clean and puts trash in the bin. Lots of trash cans are placed around the park. Always pick up after your pet as well.
The park was nice and clean however people were parked everywhere and it made it a toxic environment .
It's a nice park to take your dogs for a walk in. Lotus of trees and shade.
Very nice park, I was there for my son's baseball game and there was so much going on, car shows, birthday parties it was great.
Sporting events and practices are held here because the field is decent. Just be early cause parking fills us pretty raidly.
