Great place for family fun! They have pavilions, pools, and 4 play ground areas, even an on-site pond with lots of wild life!
One of the best parks in the area. A large variety of activities are available. For younger kids, the playground area is very good. From a parental perspective it's great because there are a large number of old, large trees providing plenty of shade in the summer!
The pool is nice, but featureless. It is good for just getting into the water, swimming laps, holding a swim meet, or getting a tan. There is a kids area, and the snack bar is pretty good. Plenty of tables to eat on deck. If you are looking for a lazy river, or other fun of splash and play, try the Cove. Like all St. Peters parks, it is well kept. Great playground outside the front gate.
Beautiful park in the fall used to come here when i was a young boy with my family. Now we bring our kids here; they removed the sand and upgraded the playsets. Great pavilion area with a grill and plenty of tables. Great for a family reunion or just to meet up with friend's and let the kiddos play.
I was pleased with the amenities that a pool of that size had to offer. That being said, I was displeased with a couple of service issues: 1 I was not able to pay for admission for my family by credit/debit card payment because they are not operating with an electronic payment system current with the times, which was a disappointing and slightly embarrassing issue at the point of sale. 2 Along with not having proper cash at the gate, I did not have cash for concessions and was denied the opportunity to receive ice water in my own beverage container at the concession stand because it is not an option. I believe that these issues need to be changed. Future attendees be warned and prepared!
We love this pool. It is clean, rarely crowded, and it's easy to keep an eye on our kids.
This pool is decently kept and usually not crowded. The only thing that bothered me is that they were wishy washy with rules the few time we've been. The first time we went my kids were jumping off the diving board and playing with pool toys with no problems and the last time we went they weren't allowed to have pool toys of any kind and couldn't jump off the board with goggles on? Still not a bad pool though. They have a concession stand that isn't too bad for nachos and hotdogs kind of fare plus there is a small splash pad and tiny water slide for the kids along with their diving board.
Grandparent-friendly playground. Satisfying toddler to preschool playground. Parent/baby combo swings. Rubber floor. Interactive play area children can explore rhythm, color, sounds. Traditional climb, slide, crawl equipment that is grandparent-friendly.
With a new expansion since last year they have more room to accommodate more people who just want to lay out and enjoy the sun. Pool is designed well to facilitate all types of poolers, from the divers to the family playing Marco Polo I never felt crowded.
The new chairs are AWFUL. The snack shop is ok. Our pretzel was hard and hot dog bun soggy. The bathrooms are in desperate need of a remodel. We love the actual pool and splas pad.
