First Massage in about 2 years. Did a deep tissue massage to help with headaches and migraines. Bhadra Carter took care of me so well! I feel like a new person! I absolutely love this place, if I could live here I would! The yoga classes are so diverse, it doesn't matter your experience level, there is something for you! All of the instructors have so much experience and their classes are fun, challenging, and relieving. I also had a massage done by Melissa here and it was the best experience ever! She made me feel comfortable and she is highly skilled in her craft!  I love this place so much!! Seriously, go!

Exactly what I look for in a yoga studio! Traditional yoga that incorporates meditation etc. Many classes and times offered to suit anyone's schedule and type of class. Also offers additional meditation etc class series.
