Learning proper deadlifting technique will help you get it up, then using the technique you will learn from the olympic lift called the clean you can get it up to chest height & then you can drop it in the cart. Everything you learn can be used in every day life, swing a sledgehammer, proper running technique, climbing ropes ( I mean you never know when the zombies will attack & trust me you will want to be up high so those brain eaters can’t get you!) tire flipping, olympic barbell work, kettlebell swings, even handstand push ups, pull ups & muscle ups transfer to real life.
