What Joshua pulled off for me was nothing short of miraculous. I had failed to make a court date, which earned me a general session bench warrant.I retained counselor Schultz in hopes that maybe he could get the bench warrant lifted. He went far and beyond the call of duty. What he did exceeded what I would have thought even possible. Oh yes, He got the bench warrant lifted AND got the charges thrown out so I didn't have to worry about going to court AND , on top of all that, got my probation completely terminated. WOW!! Joshua is patient and kind. He knows the law. If you actually done the crime then yes a plea is due. But if you haven’t Joshua will do everything in his power to make sure you’re fully exonerated but he also knows how the law works and it’s not a fair justice system. I was promised 90 days with home detention but law doesn’t work as promised it’s not his fault, Joshua is an advocate for his clients. I just want to let him know out loud that I appreciate everything he is doing for me and has done for me. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

His paralegal is extremely rude and unprofessional. I called at 3:40pm 7/11/22 and asked what time would be the best time to call to get ahold of Mr. Shultz without making an appointment. I just wanted to ask a simple question that would take one minute of his time to see if I could be a potential client. She accused me of asking her a trick question and asking if I was trying to be funny. I have heard so many good things about Mr Shultz but this was the craziest thing I've ever heard when calling a lawyers office.
After much research and comparison shopping I decided the best option was to go with Mr Shultz.. I then set up an appointment and met with Josh at that time. His entire staff was very friendly and accommodating and they all bent over backwards to suit my needs. Josh consulted me until both he and I were convinced and comfortable that he had a full understanding of the case. I have to say I was thoroughly impressed with every aspect of his operation, from his honesty and complete transparency to the personable and genuine conversation he had with me throughout our consultation. Needless to say I decided to move forward with Josh and he immediately got busy working on my behalf.. We are still in the middle of the proceedings at this point but I am pleased enough that I felt obligated to write this review in hopes of others being able to make the best possible decision when they need legal advice.
