I wish I could give negative stars. This company cancelled the wrong policy on rental property my deceased father owned. The property has been insured since it was brand new. There is no way my father would have purposely cancelled the wrong policy. He cancelled on a property he sold. I could have possibly forgiven that if not for the rude attitude given by the guy I talked too. I will say the lady in the office was very nice and helpful. I will be glad to take my business elsewhere. It was quite obvious you were way more concerned about your lunch break, more than the time I took off work to straighten this out. No problem I will gladly take my business to a company that appreciates it.
Have been very satisfied in every aspect of my dealings with Agent Steve Cannon of Law Insurance Company. Highly recommend.
Such a great agency! Very hardworking and determined to make to happen.
Do not use this agency. They will rip you off. There are other good insurance agencies out there.
