Barbara VanTine began practicing law in 1988 following her graduation with honors from Valparaiso University School of Law in Indiana. A native of central Illinois, she initially started her own firm there before moving to the Lake of the Ozarks in 1998.
“Like a lot of folks in this area, my family vacationed at the Lake for many years before deciding to move here permanently. For me, the Lake has proven to be a wonderful place to conduct business, as well as to raise my two daughters,” she says. “I truly enjoy my career and my clients. I’m a fortunate person to be able to earn a living doing something that I feel so passionate about.”
VanTine’s practice is primarily concentrated in Family Law, Criminal Defense and Estate Planning.
“I pride myself on being a very approachable and understanding person” she states. “Let’s face it, most of the people I deal with have sought an attorney because there’s a crisis going on in their life – an arrest, the breakup of a marriage, or a death, for example.
