Unfortunately, I had a very disheartening experience. The paralegal assigned to my case wasn't professional or friendly at all. Mistakes were made and I asked to speak to the lawyer multiple times and nobody would help me schedule an appointment with him, not even the office manager. We hired a lawyer to help us during a difficult time, and instead it gave us more trouble and headaches.  After seeing your response to my review, I would like to add that I’m not contacting this law firm again because I do not want to relive the horrible experience and service. I can assure you, I don’t have time to leave a false review. I am simply sharing my experience.

I chose Eran Ben Ezra for my immigration case. Due to his excellent knowledge of immigration law I got an extension on my Visa. My case however, is still under process but I am very hopeful. My case was a bit complicated, but during my entire immigration process, Eran was highly professional, very meticulous and caring.
