Ms. Morgan’s transactional experience includes all aspects of the music industry, such as drafting and negotiating publishing agreements, recording agreements, master use and synchronization licenses, artist management agreements, band partnership agreements, merchandising agreements, live performance and touring agreements, music library licenses, and Digital Millennium Copyright Act issues. Ms. Morgan’s extensive litigation experience includes federal intellectual property infringement actions and commercial litigation. Ms. Morgan is well versed in business formation and organization matters for Corporations (C Corp, Sub-Chapter S, and Non-Profit), Limited Liability Companies, and Partnerships, including the creation of “loan-out” companies for entertainment industry professionals.
