If you are selling a home, Cheryl is the person to go to! We had a troublesome realtor/buyer and she was able to navigate us, through what seemed to be some "treacherous" waters with ease. Everything was explained in great detail and she notified us immediately when something seemed off or odd. Ultimately she fought for us and got the closing done. I might add, from offer to closing was only 17 days, so she was even taking our calls on the weekend. Thanks so much!
