Cyndi Kamen has been the GAL on my case for almost a year. After paying initial retainer she told me I should have time sharing. I have never had any history of violence or ever hoy my children. She then asked for more money. Upon me saying I could not pay another $4000 the whole case changed. She turned against me. Ordered supervised visits. After spending thousands and all visits going smooth, she then asked for a $3500 evaluation. For 2 weeks we have been waiting on her to provide the psychologist the parameters needed for my eval. So my case is at a standstill and my children want to be with their father. They voice it every visit. Ms. Kamen knows my children want to be with me. They told her. Ms Kamen clearly is more interested in being paid then doing what’s right for children. She should not be a GAL.the whole system is about money, not about what’s best for our children.

Worst experience ever. As a GAL she further alienated children from me..She lied and said she had.no gasoline after waiting over 6 months for a home visit.  Then she falls asleep on my couch when in presence if 11 family members. She threatened to garnish my wages and hung up on me because she claimed she was overbooked. Kamen is biased and a fraud as it relates to my case.  And she took thousands of dollars and time away from me and our family. She is beyond Worse than the Kraken of hell on earth.

Cindi Kamen is dedicated to her clients and she is very honest.  She helped me immensely with my divorce.   I could not have gotten through this very difficult time in my life without her looking out for me and my daughter's best interest.   She is  intelligent, honest and sincere and I would highly recommend her.

Cindi is absolutely amazing! My case was urgent and I had spoken with 6 lawyers. They all displayed way too much aggression and/or money hungry. They wanted to drag my case on unnecessarily. I hired Ms. Kamen after being unsuccessful with other counsel in my case. My specific case was a long distance high conflict case with many issues. Ms. Kamen was extremely informative from the beginning and throughout the case with what to expect and what to do to help the next steps of the process. She also goes above and beyond to speed up processes where applicable. Ms. Kamen is a superstar in the courtroom and hearings and i was very happy with her professionalism in the courtroom. She will fight for her clients and give the best advice to her clients with her knowledge of family court cases. She won everything we asked for in my case! This last review is not from a client that names themselves. In fact we believe it is from a GAL case. Our firm only cares about about making recommendations That are in the best interest of the child and not about a review. It's unfortunate that doing what  you believe is in the best interest of a child often upsets one parent. This firm has never represented anyone by this name. However, our firm will continue to make recommendations that are in the best interest of the child even if upsets one or both parents.

Ms. Kamen is an incredible person and attorney. Her dedication to her client, whether in the capacity of attorney or guardian ad litem, is unrivaled. She will fight tooth and nail. I highly recommend her.

This lady is very money hungry. Very one sided. She cares more about you making a payment then the actual child on the case. She will charge you for conversations that you cannot even recall having with her. This whole court system is a joke. They could care less about your income status. Long as their pocket is being filled they will prolong the situation as long as possible.
