David M. Kaufman, Esq. has been practicing law since 1989, specializing in all types of Personal Injury accidents such as: workplace injuries, construction accidents, scaffold and ladder falls, vehicle accidents, slips and falls, and civil assaults.

As a former Assistant District Attorney, David has extensive courtroom experience, and handles Personal Injury cases from inception through trial.

David M. Kaufman is also a member of the Suffolk County Bar, and New York State Trial Lawyers. He is admitted to the Federal Court in the Eastern and Southern Districts.
