Eugene L. Muldowney is a life long resident of Portage County, Ohio. He
graduated from Southest High School in 1981. In 1985 he graduated from
Kent State University with a Bachelor Degree of Arts, majors included History
and Political Science. In 1988 he received his doctorate in law from the University of Akron, School of Law. Eugene L. Muldowney is an Attorney licensed to practice law since 1989 in the
State of Ohio. He is licensed by the Supreme Court of Ohio, United States District
Court for the Northern District of Ohio and the Supreme Court of the United States
of America. Mr. Muldowney's court experience extends back to 1989 and since
then he has tried hundreds of Jury trials and trials to the Court. Mr.
Muldowney's experience with the courts of Portage County has been continuous
over the 23 years he has practiced law.
