Herb Fox, Esq. is a Certified Appellate Law Specialist practicing throughout California.
Herb has proudly counseled and represented judges, attorneys, public officials, journalists, scientists, doctors, small business owners, and well-known musicians and artists, among hundreds of other clients. He is frequently consulted by family law, probate, and litigation attorneys seeking to protect their clients' appellate rights, and he regularly teaches continuing education classes on appellate law. Herb is a former officer (and continues to be an active member) of the Appellate Courts Section of the Los Angeles County Bar Association and is a former director of the Santa Barbara County Bar Association. In 2015 he was appointed to the Appellate Courts Committee of the California State Bar. He is the author of 75 articles on appellate law and procedure, and hundreds of other articles on music, politics, and government, appearing in national and local publications including the Los Angeles Daily Journal and the Los Angeles Times.
Herb Fox is a certified Appellate Law Specialist with over 25 years of appellate law experience. Herb has handled hundreds of state and federal appellate matters throughout California, resulting in more than a dozen published opinions, including two from the California Supreme Court.
