A solo legal practice focused on federal government contracts and federal administrative matters.
Based on my experience in government and corporate positions as well as private practice, I focus on federal administrative matters, including contract litigation against the U.S. Government, primarily bid protests before the Government Accountability Office and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. I also have also dealt extensively with the U.S. Government procurement process and related administrative matters such as the Paperwork Reduction Act. I am admitted to practice in the courts of the District of Columbia and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims.
