Initially it took few days to establish the communication, however they were very professional and worked with me and walked me though the process and explained all the documentation they would need to assist me. Mitchel and Karen was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions/clarifications I would definitely recommend the office to my family and friends.

We contacted Karen Donaldson's office when creating estate planning documents. Her office was very professional and took care of everything. We met once to go through what we wanted and her office sent us papers to review for accuracy. Then we met again to sign everything. The office provided paper copies and soft copies of everything and handled all of the filing and services. We were extremely impressed with everyone at her office. Nice lawyer and junior lawyer staff. Communication with rest of staff jumbled and at times misleading. We were trying to hustle through procedings on short notice, so that effected outcome. I'm willing to try again if necessary.
