As an appellate attorney, litigator and former managing associate with the law firm of a prominent litigator I have focused, for many years on appellate and litigation practice in state and federal courts and have litigation or appellate experience in over 350 cases. For seven years before I started my own law practice I was the managing associate of a criminal defense law firm of private and court-appointed attorneys. I performed most of the research and writing for the firm and the other attorneys relied on me for my knowledge of practice and procedure. I have conducted oral argument in numerous appeals before the United States Court of Appeals, Second and Third Circuits and the New York State Court of Appeals and Supreme Court, Appellate Division.
