I have committed my professional career to the real estate industry since 1984. Before and during law school, I worked as a real estate salesperson and mortgage banker. After law school I began practicing real estate litigation, then evolving into a mostly-transactional practice buying, entitling, developing and selling commercial real property and businesses, as an attorney, real estate broker and principal throughout California. I strive to creatively add value to my clients and business associates to make them better off for having been associated with me. I always try to look beyond the problem to find the opportunity which is usually there waiting to be discovered.
