Linda A. Cristello is a bilingual solo practitioner representing all aspects of immigration law with a concentration in criminal immigration. She has offices located in Boston, MA and Warwick, R.I. since 1990.
Attorney Cristello is a former employee of the Immigration and Naturalization Service / Investigations Unit and Court Clerk with the Executive Office for Immigration Review, Office of the Immigration Court in Boston, MA.
She is an active member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association since 1991 to the present. She was the Chairperson for the American Immigration Lawyers Association, New England Chapter. She has served on the AILA National Executive Board as an EOIR/Court Liaison committee member and liaison member with American Immigration Law Foundation and presently is on the EOIR Liaison for the Boston Court. She has served twice as a co-chairperson with the AILA National Conference Committee. She has participated on many panels and CLE’s instructing on criminal immigration law to state and judicial associations. She is a consistent speaker on immigration forums with the American Immigration Lawyers Association both at the local and national level. She is currently an attorney advisor with the Office of New Bostonians, with the City of Boston holding bi-monthly immigration clinics since 2008. “Professor Cristello” currently serves as an adjunct professor of immigration law at Massachusetts School of Law in Andover, MA. since 1998.
Linda A. Cristello attended undergraduate schools at University of Mass/Boston and University of New Mexico. She received her law degree from New England School of Law in 1990.
