I was born in Salinas CA my parents and grandparents were immigrant farm workers. I graduated from Salinas' Elementary, Middle and High School. I got my BA in Social work from Cal State Monterey Bay and Juris Doctorate from Monterey College of Law. I have been an immigration attorney and AILA member since 2008. I am passionate about giving back to my community.

I had a bad experience with this lawyer. I made an appointment and at the moment they charged me $300, which I understand, but at the time of my appointment they did not call me. I waited an hour hoping they would call me. I decided to call to continue with my appointment, worst of all, no one answered at the office. Me and my husband had to go directly to the office which was closed, we knocked on the door and a lady came out and we explained to her what was happening. She told us that the lawyer had forgotten our appointment and that she was busy with another important appointment and could not attend us. My husband and I were very disappointed because we had already paid $300 in advance, my husband missed a day of work for this appointment, and we also drove from Watsonville. In the end they decided to give us the appointment by phone later and did not help us at all. We only throw away $300. They are not professional at all but to charge in advance if they are good.

Thanks to the lawyer today he gave me the great news that I have my residence. I am very grateful for this great news that you gave me today. And I also fixed my husband recently. I highly recommend it.
