Mandy Pavlakos opened the doors to The Law Offices of Newman, Anderson, and Maloy (maiden name) in October of 2005. In September of 2006, she branched out and opened her own private practice.
Since 2008, Attorney Pavlakos has focused her practice on foreclosure defense, short sales and loan modifications, and matters with Homeowner's Associations. For the past 7 years, she has aided hundreds of homeowners save their family homes.
Attorney Pavlakos has been a good standing member of the Florida Bar since 2005. She is a member of the Seminole County Bar Association and is on the Board of Directors for the Rescue Outreach Mission in Sanford.
