There aren’t too many lawyers out there that practice just elder law. Maybe that’s why the National Elder Law Foundation has certified me as an elder law attorney. I think other lawyers don’t know what they’re missing. Practicing elder law has given me the opportunity to focus on the needs of a sector of society I want to serve, and practice law in a wide variety of settings.
I offer comprehensive and holistic legal advice for all of your Ohio elder law and estate planning concerns. I offer a free consultation. Our office in the center of Cuyahoga Falls offers free parking and is handicap accessible. I can visit you in your home, or a hospital or nursing home facility if you can’t come to our office.
I have years of experience in the law, but my experience also extends to business management and finance, and even chemistry. My background and knowledge of the financial industry helps me help our clients.
I have families here in Cuyahoga Falls and Akron and throughout northeast Ohio, and some of them have had health care problems. I know how difficult it can be to make some of the decisions that people have to make when their health isn’t as good as it used to be.
My practice dates back to 1985, and it is still growing and keeping up with the changes in this ever-expanding field of law, and I still have a friendly German sheppard, to help greet you at the door.
