I also handle the Purchase or Sale businesses, Short Sale Payoff transactions, Commercial leasing, and the purchase of bank owned properties or "REO's". My office also handles Real Estate/Title litigation, loan workouts, and foreclosure defense matters.
My goal is to provide an high level of service to clients at an affordable price in a congienial atmosphere. I am able to do this by utilizing the latest technology so that I am able to connect with clients and their files whether I am in court, on the road, at a closing or at home.
My Garden City office is located near Roosevelt Field Mall right off the Meadowbrook Parkway and offers plenty of free parking.
