He has significant experience in litigating breach of fiduciary duty and other corporate governance claims in the context of bankruptcy proceedings.
On the litigation side, Scott's practice has focused on corporate litigation, derivative actions, real estate litigation and general business disputes. He has been counsel in several high profile mortgage fraud cases as well as disputes involving commercial and golf course developments.
