For more than 30 years, our attorneys have paved the way for Minnesota employees and workers. In the early 1980s, we filed some of the first sexual harassment cases in the state. One early success against Ramsey County resulted in the implementation of the first government policy in Minnesota prohibiting sexual harassment in the workplace.
